Standard & Poor's Announces Change to U.S. Index

NEW YORK, Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Triad Guaranty Inc. will replace Veritas DGC Inc. in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Friday, January 12, 2007. Veritas is being acquired by Compagnie Generale de Geophysique in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
