STAG Industrial Names Geoffrey Jervis CFO - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - STAG Industrial Inc. (STAG) announced Wednesday that it has appointed Geoffrey Jervis as its Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2014.
Most recently, Jervis served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Blackstone Group's real estate debt business as well as of Blackstone Mortgage Trust Inc. (BXMT).
Before joining to Blackstone, Jervis was Chief Financial Officer of BXMT's predecessor, Capital Trust Inc.
In his role as Chief Financial Officer at STAG, Jervis will be responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, capital markets, credit, investor relations, and treasury.
