Spirent Communications Names Rachel Whiting CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Spirent Communications Plc. (SPT.L, SPM), a communications technology company, announced the appointment of Rachel Whiting as Chief Financial Officer.

Rachel Whiting will join the company's Board as an Executive Director with effective from February 1 and will report to Spirent's Chief Executive Officer Eric Hutchinson. She will continue in her role as Company Secretary until a successor is appointed.

Ms Whiting has worked for the Group since 1986. During this time, she held several financial roles, including Head of Group Tax with special focus on business development and restructuring, most recently adding the role of Company Secretary.
