Spectrum Brands Affirms 2019 Adj. EBITDA Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (SPB), a global consumer products company, affirmed its fiscal 2019 adjusted EBITDA guidance for continuing operations of $560-$580 million. EBITDA is estimated to be in a range of $317 million to $352 million. For the fiscal year period, the company projects a net loss in a range of $104 million to $70 million. Restructuring and related charges are estimated at $80 million to $90 million, for the fiscal year period.

The guidance was reaffirmed in connection with the company's presentation at the Barclays Global Consumer Staples Conference.
