COLDWATER, Mich., Dec. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Southern Michigan Bancorp, Inc. (OTC Pink: SOMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share on the outstanding shares of the corporation's stock. The dividend is payable on January 19, 2018 to shareholders of record January 5, 2018. The annualized cash dividend of $0.84 per share represents a 2.28% dividend yield based on the current market price of $36.80 per share.
