Soundvest Capital Holdings Ltd. becomes sole shareholder of Soundvest Capital Management Ltd.

TORONTO, May 24, 2018 /CNW/ - Soundvest Capital Management Ltd. (the "Manager" or "Soundvest") is pleased to announce the completion of its previously announced transaction resulting in Soundvest Capital Holdings Ltd. owning all of the outstanding shares of the Manager. 

Soundvest is the manager, investment advisor and portfolio manager of Soundvest Split Trust and Soundvest Equity Fund (the "Funds").  Fund unitholders are not required to take any action.
