Solteq Plc (Solteq) (HEX:STQ1V) has received today notification based on chapter 9 section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Profiz Business Solution Plc (Profiz), company ID: 0830732-2.

According to the notification of major shareholding, Profiz’s holdings and proportion of voting rights of Solteq Plc has exceeded the 10% threshold on 26 November 2015 due to acquisition of shares. Before the acquisition Profiz held 1.756.180 Solteq shares. After the acquisition Profiz holds 1.781.790 Solteq shares which represent 10,01 per cent of all of the company's shares and votes.

Solteq's registered number of shares and votes is 17.798.059. Solteq has a single series of shares.
