Solteq Plc (HEX:STQ1V) (Solteq) has received today notification based on chapter 9 section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Ali U. Saadetdin.

According to the notification of major shareholding, Ali U. Saadetdin's holdings and proportion of voting rights of Solteq Plc has fallen under the 10% threshold on 3 July 2015 due to disposal of shares. After the disposal Ali U. Saadetdin holds 1,394,553 Solteq shares which represent 7.84 per cent of all of the company's shares and votes.

Solteq's registered number of shares and votes is 17,798,059. Solteq has a single series of shares.
