Solium Reports Voting Results from Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

CALGARY, June 1, 2018 /CNW/ - Solium Capital Inc. ("Solium" or the "Company") (TSX: SUM) today announced the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held May 31, 2018 in Calgary, Alberta.

A total of 46,529,033 common shares were voted in connection with the meeting, representing approximately 83% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forward at the meeting, including the appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors and the election of all director nominees. The votes in respect of the election of directors were as follows:
