Sling TV Says Releases App For Android TV

(RTTNews) - Sling TV, a part of Dish Network Corp (DISH), on Thursday said it has launched its Android TV application for Google's Nexus Player, available for immediate download in the Google Play Store.

Sling TV and Google are kicking off their collaboration with a promotion that gets Nexus Player into the hands of customers at half price.

Starting today, new customers can purchase a Nexus Player at a 50 percent discount when they pre-pay for three months of Sling TV. Alternatively, customers can choose to sample Sling TV on their Nexus Player for seven days at no cost.
