Sky Solar Founder, Chairman Weili Su Assumes Additional Role Of CEO

(RTTNews) - Sky Solar Holdings, Ltd. (SKYS) said Monday that Weili Su, Chairman of the Board and founder of the company, has been appointed to an additional role as the new Chief Executive Officer. He will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the company.

Su is the founder of Sky Solar Holdings and has been closely involved in its operations as director and executive chairman since October 2009.

Amy Zhang has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the company's Board and Chief Strategy Officer. The company has appointed Zhi Hao as Managing Director of Sky Solar China.

The changes are effective immediately.
