Silver Bay Realty Trust Increases Buyback By 2.5 Mln Shares
(RTTNews) - Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp. (SBY) said its Board of Directors has authorized the company to increase the size of its previously authorized share repurchase program by an additional 2.5 million shares.
The shares are expected to be repurchased from time to time through privately negotiated transactions or open market transactions.
As of September 30, the company had 37.73 million shares of common stock and 2.23 million common units of the company's operating partnership issued and outstanding.
