(TSX:SW)(NASDAQ:SWIR) has become aware of certain alleged securities class action lawsuits filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Sierra Wireless has not yet been served with a copy of the Complaints but based on available information does not believe there is any merit in the allegations and will vigorously defend the lawsuits.
