Second Ordinary Tariff Revision of Sabesp
SÃO PAULO, Aug. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp ("Company" or "Sabesp"), pursuant to the provisions of Article 157, Paragraph 4 of Law No. 6404/76 and the provisions of CVM Instruction No. 358/02, announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that, on August 7, 2017, the Regulatory Agency for Sanitation and Energy of the State of São Paulo (ARSESP - Agência Reguladora de Saneamento e Energia do Estado de São Paulo) published Resolution No. 748 with the new timeline for the initial stage of Sabesp's 2nd Tariff Revision, as below.

The Preliminary Maximum Average Tariff (Preliminary Tariff P0) will be disclosed and authorized up until October 3, 2017 and applied pursuant to Article 39 of Law 11445/2007.
The Final Maximum Average Tariff (Final Tariff P0) will be disclosed and authorized up until April 10, 2018.
