Sealed Air Updates 2016 Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Sealed Air Corp. (SEE) announced, for full year 2016, the company expects to achieve net sales of approximately $6.85 billion and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $1.17 to $1.18 billion. The outlook for adjusted EPS is expected to be at the high end of the previous guidance range of $2.52 to $2.60. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report profit per share of $2.59. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

For the second quarter 2016, adjusted EPS was $0.65 compared to $0.60 in the second quarter 2015. Net sales were $1.7 billion, down 3.2% on an as reported basis. Net sales on an organic basis increased 0.9%.
