SeaBird Exploration Plc convene the Shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 5 March 2015 at 11.00 (local time) at Diagoras House 7th Floor, 16 Pantelis Catelaris Street, CY 1097 Nicosia, CYPRUS. The Company advises that, with reference to the stock exchange announcements from the Company on 29 January 2015 and two announcements on 3 February 2015, the extraordinary general meeting convened hereby is the meeting described as "EGM2" in said announcements.
