Sdiptech completes acquisition of KSS Klimat- & Styrsystem AB

On 25 may, Sdiptech announced that the company had entered into an agreement to acquire KSS Klimat- & Styrsystem AB (KSS).

As of today, the Sdiptech completes the acquisition and the initial purchase consideration of SEK 61.8 million was transferred in cash.

The company is valued at SEK 123.6 million at the time of the acquisition, and the total purchase consideration, including future performance-based additional purchase considerations over four years, will reach a maximum of SEK 155.7 million, given that growth in the operations remains favourable.

The current annual pace for operating income for KSS is approximately SEK 17 million. This can be compared with the reported SEK 12 million during the last broken financial year.
