Additional information regarding current annual pace for KSS Klimat- & Styrsystem AB

On Friday 25 May Sdiptech announced that the company had entered into an agreement to acquire KSS Klimat- & Styrsystem AB (KSS).

Sdiptech complements the information already given by stating the current annual pace for operating income for KSS, which is approximately SEK 17 million. This can be compared with the reported SEK 12 million during the last broken financial year.
