1. Election of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank.
2. Election of Deputy Chairmen of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank.
3. Acknowledgement of members of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank as Independent Directors.
4. Election of Senior Independent Director of Sberbank.
5. Approval of the new version of the Regulations on the Committees of the Supervisory Board.
6. Membership of the Supervisory Board Committees of Sberbank.
7. Approval of preliminary Work Plan of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank and plan of events involving members of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank for the period of 2019-2020.
