Saul Centers Q4 FFO Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Saul Centers Inc. (BFS) Tuesday said fourth-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, increased to $18.7 million or $0.68 per share from $14.6 million or $0.54 per share in the same period last year.

On average, three analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report FFO of $0.67 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income attributable to common stockholders increased to $6.7 million or $0.33 per share from $5.7 million or $0.29 per share last year.

Revenues totaled $50.1 million, up from $48.3 million last year. Same property revenue increased 4.1 percent over last year.
