Sannino promoted to Executive Vice President, Human Resources for McDermott International

    NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2005--McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE:MDR) ("McDermott") announced today that Louis J. Sannino has been named executive vice president, Human Resources. This promotion was enacted by the Board of Directors on Feb. 1, 2005. Sannino previously was senior vice president, Human Resources.
    Lou Sannino began his career with McDermott in 1977, and has held increasingly important assignments in human resources, health, safety and environment, corporate compliance and ethics, as well as in other administrative functions.
