Sandrine Leonardi Joins Dalenys as Chief Financial Officer

Dalenys (ISIN BE0946620946 -- Mnemo NYS) (Brussels:NYS) (Paris:NYS) announces the strengthening of its Management Committee and the recruitment of Sandrine Leonardi as Chief Financial Officer, as from today.

In addition to Financial duties, she will be in charge of Legal Services and a section of Human Resources.

Sandrine Leonardi is an Internet specialist. In 2000, she joined Ifrance, one of the first French Internet portals, as Chief Financial Officer.

Sandrine Leonardi then participated in the creation of Meetic and supported its development in her role as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, through its international roll-out, its IPO and until its sale.

Previously, she was Deputy Managing Director in charge of finance at Sensee. Sandrine graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) business school and holds an Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Columbia (NY).
