Sally Beauty CFO Abruptly Quits

(RTTNews) - Sally Beauty Holdings (SBH) announced that its Chief Financial Officer Mark Flaherty is resigning from the company, effective September 30, to pursue other interests.

Janna Minton, currently serving as group vice president, chief accounting officer, controller, will serve as Sally Beauty's interim principal financial officer.

"Flaherty's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Corporation regarding its operations, policies, practices or otherwise," the company said in a SEC filing.

Flaherty will continue to receive his base salary for fifteen months following his termination in exchange for his release of all potential lawsuits against the company.
