Sacred Oak Medical Center Accepts Resignation of Starsky Bomer, Cancels Agreement with RedShift Healthcare Management, LLC

HOUSTON, Jan. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Sacred Oak Medical Center, a behavioral health and addiction recovery center in Houston, Texas, announced today that it has terminated its business relationship with RedShift Healthcare Management, LLC, effective immediately.

This action includes the Board's acceptance of the resignation of RedShift's representative Starsky D. Bomer and coincides with Mr. Bomer's surrender of all shares of stock and related privileges.
