Ryder Q3 Profit From Cont. Ops. Rises; Updates FY13 Comparable EPS Guidance

(RTTNews) - Ryder System Inc. (R) reported third-quarter net income of $71.1 million or $1.35 per share, compared to $75.1 million or $1.47 per share, last year. Earnings from continuing operations was $73.9 million or $1.40 per share, compared to $64.3 million or $1.26 per share prior year. Comparable earnings per share from continuing operations for the quarter was $1.46.
