Roper Technologies To Acquire Aderant For $675 Mln

(RTTNews) - Roper Technologies, Inc. (ROP) Thursday said it would acquire Aderant Holdings, Inc. in a deal worth $675 million, net of $20 million in cash tax benefits.

Aderant is a global provider of comprehensive business management software with more than 3000 clients in 30 countries. It will retain its brand name, Atlanta headquarters and management team under the leadership of Chris Giglio.

Roper expects the deal to be immediately cash accretive and to generate approximately $125 million of revenue in 2016. The transaction will be finished in next 30 days, upon approvals.
