Roper Technologies Inc. Earnings Fall 8% In Q2

(RTTNews) - Roper Technologies Inc. (ROP) announced a profit for second quarter that dropped from last year.

The company said its profit dropped to $158.07 million, or $1.54 per share. This was lower than $171.28 million, or $1.69 per share, in last year's second quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 4.7% to $934.0 million. This was up from $892.1 million last year.
