Rohm and Haas Presented Sustainability Technologies Paper at Spanish Industrial Coatings Workshop

Specialty materials company Rohm and Haas (NYSE:ROH) recently participated in the Spanish Paint Technicians Association (AETEPA) Industrial Coatings Workshop, held in conjunction with the Eurosurfas International Paint and Surface Treatment Exhibition from October 20-24 in Barcelona, Spain. Jose Mosquera, key account manager in Iberia for Paint and Coatings Materials, Rohm and Haas, presented a paper titled "Sustainable Technologies for Paint and Coatings” to the attendees at the workshop.

During his presentation, Mosquera discussed Rohm and Haas’s methodologies as the company advances sustainability efforts to meet market needs for ecologically improved products that also meet government-imposed regulations and sustainable development issues. "This workshop brought together those who have a need for sustainable products in the paint and coatings industry,” says Mosquera. "By attending this event, Rohm and Haas was able to introduce innovative products to customers and discuss how we can, and are, providing environmentally advanced solutions to the chemical industry’s changing needs.” Attendees to the workshop included members of AETEPA and technical personnel from the Spanish paint and coatings industry.
