Rocket Fuel Prices IPO Of 4 Mln Shares At $29/Shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Rocket Fuel Inc. (FUEL) has priced its initial public offering or IPO of 4.0 million common shares at $29.00 per share. All shares are being offered by Rocket Fuel and the stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on September 20, 2013 under the symbol "FUEL". Further, the underwriters were given a 30-day option to buy up to 600,000 additional shares at the IPO price from certain existing stockholders of Rocket Fuel to cover over-allotments, if any. None of Rocket Fuel's executive officers are participating in the offering as selling stockholders.

Credit Suisse and Citigroup are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering. Needham & Company, Oppenheimer & Co., Piper Jaffray, BMO Capital Markets, and LUMA Securities are acting as co-managers.
