Rock-Tenn Company Announces Dividend

    NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 2005--Rock-Tenn Company (NYSE: RKT) today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.09 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 3, 2005. The dividend, which will be paid on May 16, 2005, represents an annual dividend rate of $0.36 per share.
