RHJ International: Update on Share Buy-Back Program 2014

Brussels, 13 January 2015 - RHJ International ("RHJI") hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 207 of the Royal Decree of 30 January 2001 in execution of the Belgian Company Code:

Under the Share Buy-Back Program 2014 as announced on 31 October 2014, the Company reports today that during the period from 5 to 9 January 2015, the following transactions took place either through the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Brussels or through block trades in accordance with applicable regulations (see detailed report attached):

On the date hereof, the total number of shares purchased under Share Buy-Back Program 2014 is 967,246 for a total value of 4,325,043.94 EUR.

RHJ International currently holds 967,246 own shares (representing 0.73 % of all RHJ International outstanding shares).
