The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("the Company”) herewith informs that on 30th June 2016 the Member of the Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A. Mr. Dariusz Witkowski, resigned from his position in Supervisory Board of the Company with immediate effect. The resignation was justified with personal reasons.
