Rejlers appoints new CFO

Rejlers AB has appointed Mats Åström as the new CFO. He will start on December 1st and will also be a member of Group Management. Mats will be replacing acting CFO Mikael Lingefelt who will return to the role as Group Controller.

Mats Åström was born in 1965 and most recently held a position as CFO of Danir AB. He has previously worked as CFO, vice president and acting CEO of Prevas AB. Before that, Mats worked in leading financial management positions for Busslink in Sweden AB, Alstom Power Sweden AB and ICA-companies. - It feels very good that we managed to recruit a CFO with such a broad expertise and experience and we welcome Mats to the Group Management in Rejlers. Mats and I will complement each other well in the work to achieve our goals for 2020. I also want to thank Mikael Lingefelt for his significant work during the recruitment period, says Peter Rejler, president and CEO.
