Regis Corporation Announces Four Promotions

Randy Pearce has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President,Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. As a key member of theCompany's executive management team, Mr. Pearce has demonstratedstrong leadership in the areas of strategic planning and acquisitionstrategies. In his 21 years with Regis Corporation, he has guided asignificant portion of the infrastructure that supports the Company'soverall growth.

Kris Bergly has been promoted to Executive Vice President andChief Operating Officer. In addition to overseeing Promenade, theCompany's largest and fastest growing salon segment, as well as RegisCorporation's MasterCuts and Supercuts salon divisions, he will nowoversee the Regis Salons division.

Gordon Nelson has been promoted to Executive Vice President,Fashion, Education and Marketing. Mr. Nelson is a seasoned executivewho has provided more than 29 years of leadership to RegisCorporation. He will continue to oversee the Company's educationalteam, marketing and travel departments, and Regis Corporation'scosmetology school business.

Eric Bakken has been promoted to Senior Vice President and GeneralCounsel. Mr. Bakken, who joined Regis Corporation in 1994, willcontinue to participate in the Company's Board of Director meetings,play a prominent role in all of Regis Corporation's merger andacquisition activities and oversee all of the affairs of the legaldepartment.
