Regal Beloit Declares Dividend

BELOIT, Wis., July 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark J. Gliebe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Regal Beloit Corporation (NYSE:RBC), announced that the Board of Directors, at its regular quarterly meeting held on July 26, 2013, declared a dividend of $.20 per share.  The dividend is payable on October 11, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 27, 2013.  This represents the 213^th consecutive dividend declared by the Company.
