RE/MAX Holdings Increases Quarterly Dividend By 5%

DENVER, Feb. 20, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RMAX), parent company of RE/MAX, one of the world's leading franchisors of real estate brokerage services, and of Motto Mortgage, an innovative mortgage brokerage franchise, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share of Class A common stock, a 1-cent or 5% increase over the previous quarter's dividend.

The dividend is payable on March 20, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 6, 2019.
