Rayonier Posts Q2 Loss - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Rayonier Inc. (RYN) reported a second quarter net loss attributable to company of $1.5 million, or $0.01 per share, compared to income of $16.4 million, or $0.12 per share, in the prior year quarter. The second quarter results include $1.5 million of costs related to shareholder litigation. The company reported pro forma break-even results compared to profit of $8.1 million, or $0.06 per share, in the prior year period.

Adjusted EBITDA was $33.1 million for the second quarter of 2015 compared to $70.2 million in the prior year period. The company said it remains on track to achieve full-year Adjusted EBITDA guidance.

Sales were $115.8 million compared to $163.1 million, last year. Analysts expected revenue of $123.42 million for the quarter.
