R.R. Donnelley Q3 Earnings Rise; Narrows Annual Sales Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Printing services firm R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. (RRD) Wednesday reported third-quarter earnings which increased, as revenues advanced 13.1 percent propelled by acquisitions.

Net earnings were $62.2 million or $0.31 per share, up from $14.7 million or $0.08 per share a year earlier.

Earnings, excluding certain items, were $78.9 million or $0.39 per share, compared with $69.3 million or $0.38 per share a year earlier.

Adjusted EBITDA totaled $313.2 million, compared with $280.1 million a year earlier.

Net sales increased to $2.96 billion, from $2.61 billion a year earlier.

For the full year, the company tightened its annual sales outlook to $11.6 billion - $11.7 billion, from the prior guidance range of $11.5 billion - $11.8 billion.
