PROREIT announces voting results from 2019 annual and special meeting of unitholders

MONTRÉAL, June 4, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - PRO Real Estate Investment Trust ("PROREIT" or the "REIT") (TSX: PRV.UN) is pleased to announce the voting results from its annual and special meeting of unitholders held today in Montréal, Québec.

A total of approximately 16.5% of the issued and outstanding voting units of the REIT were represented either in person or by proxy at the meeting, and each of the eight trustees of the REIT was re-elected as trustee of the REIT. Based on proxies received prior to the meeting, each trustee was re-elected by a substantial majority as follows:

The REIT's external auditor was also reappointed at the meeting, and the reconfirmation and amendment of the REIT's unitholder rights agreement was also approved at the meeting by the REIT's unitholders.
