Proffice: Divestment of shares

Lars Murman, chairman of the board of directors of Proffice (STO:PROEB), has informed the company that he has divested his total holding of Proffice shares. Lars Murman has further informed the company that he is not available for re-election at the 2014 annual general meeting.
