PROACTIS Launches Major Release with "Real Life" Purchase-to-Pay Updates
Proactis (AIM:PHD), a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced the launch of PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay v2013, which includes major enhancements to address "real life" customer scenarios for more streamlined and efficient processes. The latest release features a new buying interface that gives requisitioners access to the information they need to make informed and compliant buying decisions, advanced workflow to allow users to work more effectively, and tighter and updated integration with PROACTIS Source-to-Contract solutions. Key benefits are increased financial visibility, efficiency, cost savings and control.
"We're continually innovating and enhancing our solutions. Our goal with PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay v2013 is to enrich the user experiences of customers in the front-line: requisition/ purchase order creation, budget management and approvals, goods and services receipt, cash flow management, expenses and invoices processing." said Simon Dadswell, Marketing Director of PROACTIS. "We took feedback from a client base of several hundred organisations and developed Purchase-to-Pay v2013 to deliver on their needs."
"We wanted to engage users through a highly-intuitive UI design while provide advanced capabilities to process transactions, manage workflows, and maintain underlying data structures." said Claire Thompson, Product Manager of PROACTIS. "In particular, introduce features that remove complexity and support real life purchase-to-pay scenarios e.g.: purchasing "quick-starts" to help users find what they need across all data sources in a single look-up, keyboard shortcuts to expedite common AP operations by reducing input sequences to a single-click, and invoice write-off tolerances to remove unnecessary workload and enable straight-through processing, to name a few."

Enriched user interface: PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay v2013 has a new streamlined and simplified look, feel and function, which caters to casual and advanced users while still providing industry-leading purchasing and invoice management capabilities.
Enhanced Source-to-Contract integration: PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay v2013 now includes tighter and updated integration with the latest versions of PROACTIS Source-to-Contract solutions, including Contract Management for greater contract visibility and purchasing compliance.
