PROACTIS Launches Latest eProcurement Mobile App

PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced immediate availability of the latest addition to the company’s family of mobile apps – Proactis Receiptor.

The new app, for iOS iPhones and iPads as well as GooglePlay for Android phones and tablets, enables authorised PROACTIS users to record the receipt of purchase orders (POs) from anywhere. The simple and intuitive interface guides the user to the right order and enables one touch receipt for normal orders as well as easy handling of exceptions like partial receipts. Now receipt of products or services from suppliers can be recorded with no delay at work sites, at home or wherever the user happens to be.

The PROACTIS Receiptor app expands the PROACTIS family of mobile apps available with the PROACTIS Spend Control and eProcurement platform. Other apps include:

• PROACTIS Approver, enables users to approve or reject purchase orders, requisitions, expense claims, invoices, and more. Managers can see document details in a clear, easy to understand format, make informed decisions with budget checking alerts, operate across multi-company operations, and increase productivity with bulk approvals or rejections. Managers can now approve or reject all types of staff requests from anywhere without delay.
• PROACTIS Deputy, enables a manager to delegate approval authority to another appropriate person during periods when he/she will be unavailable such as while on holiday, traveling abroad, in long meetings, etc. Once the delegation is made, all approval requests are sent to the nominated person via standard PROACTIS workflow until approval tasks are re-assumed by the normal manager. A complete audit trail of all activity is maintained.
• PROACTIS Analysis, provides procurement, finance and departmental managers with mobile access to all of the summary views, drill-down capabilities, event notifications and exception alerts produced by the core PROACTIS Spend Analysis solution. Managers can track spend activity from anywhere to identify savings opportunities, mitigate risks, increase process efficiencies and improve financial and operational performance.
