Eastern Property Holdings ("EPH" or the "Company") would like to announce the appointment of Mr. Christodoulos Vassiliades, Mr. Hans Messmer and Mrs. Vera Christodoulou as members of the Management Committee of the Company.

The former member Mr. Sergey Medvedev steps down as Management Committee member. Mrs. Olga Melnikova and Mr. Alexander Nikolaev remain members of the Management Committee of the Company.
