Jos. A Bank Clothiers Inc. (JOSB) is gaining 11 percent to $56.25. Men's Wearhouse (MW) has proposed to acquire all the outstanding shares of the company's common stock for $55.00 per share in cash, representing an implied enterprise value of approximately $1.2 billion.

Hormel Foods Corp. (HRL) is up 3 percent to $$43.80. The company's fourth quarter results were above analysts' expectations. The company said it expects to deliver continued sales and earnings growth in fiscal 2014. The company also raised its annual dividend.

DSW Inc. (DSW) is falling 7 percent to $44.00. The company's third quarter adjusted earnings per share matched Street view, while sales missed the consensus estimate.
