Borderfree (BRDR) is jumping 105 percent to $13.98 based on the news that it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Pitney Bowes Inc. (PBI) for $14.00 per share in cash.

Fate Therapeutics, Inc. (FATE) is surging 101 percent to $9.75 based on the news that it has entered a strategic research collaboration with Juno Therapeutics (JUNO) to improve the therapeutic profile of Engineered T Cell Immunotherapies. Juno is to make an upfront payment to Fate of $5 million and purchase one million shares of Fate common stock at $8.00 per share.
