Walt Disney Co. (DIS) is gaining 2 percent to $113.11 as its second quarter results were above Wall Street expectations.

Discovery Communications, Inc. (DISCA) is rising 5 percent to $34.90. The company's first quarter earnings improved from the year-ago quarter and topped Street view. Revenues grew 9 percent, led by 10 percent growth at International Networks and 6 percent growth at U.S. Networks.

Tesla Motors, Inc. (TSLA) is gaining 3 percent to $238.20 ahead of its quarterly earnings report, which is expected after the market close tomorrow.

Golar LNG Ltd. (GLNG) is jumping 18 percent to $44.50 based on the news that it has signed a binding Heads of Terms with Ophir Energy Plc for the provision of the GoFLNG vessel Gimi.

Kellogg Co. (K) is up one-tenths of a percent to $64.22. The company's first quarter earnings declined from the previous year period, but topped Street view. Reported net sales decreased by 5.0 percent, primarily due to the effect of currency translation. Currency-neutral comparable net sales decreased by 0.3 percent. The company also reaffirmed its previous guidance for currency-neutral comparable net sales, operating profit, and earnings per share in 2015.

Conns Inc. (CONN) is up 8 percent to $32.40.

Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) is up 2 percent to $566.00.

DIRECTV (DTV) is down half a percent to $89.90 as its first quarter earnings per share and revenues were below Wall Street expectations.

AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ACRX) is plunging 26 percent to $3.08 following the company's disclosure that the FDA has denied the request for a Type B meeting and restated view that a clinical study is required for Zalviso.

Qualys, Inc. (QLYS) is down 24 percent to $41.90 as it forecast second quarter results below Street view and also lowered its 2015 revenue forecast. Meanwhile, the company swung to a profit in its first quarter on a GAAP basis and non-GAAP earnings topped Wall Street view. Revenues for the quarter increased 24 percent, but missed the consensus estimate.
