MIRAMAR, Fla., June 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Potentis Capital portfolio company Watertree Health and its nonprofit partner Make-A-Wish were honored with a Silver Cause Marketing Halo Award in the Health Category at this year's annual Engage for Good forum held yesterday in Chicago.  The Halo Awards are North America's highest honor for corporate social initiatives and cause marketing. Five years ago, Watertree Health launched its prescription discount card, which has since saved people over $370 million on their prescriptions.  In approximately half that time, the Company's Prescription for Good campaign has donated more than $2.4 million to Make-A-Wish to grant about 240 wishes for children with life-threatening illnesses.

Watertree Health supports Make-A-Wish as part of its mission to improve the emotional and physical health of individuals across America.  Any time someone saves using a specially coded free prescription discount card, a donation is made to the nonprofit, at no cost to the consumer.
