Post Holdings Estimates FY13 Net Sales In Range Of Approx. $1.03 Bln-$1.04 Bln

(RTTNews) - Post Holdings Inc. (POST) provided certain preliminary unaudited selected financial data for 2013. For the fiscal year ended September 30, 2013: the company estimates net sales of approximately $1.03 billion to $1.04 billion; and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $215 million to $220 million.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report fiscal year revenue of $1.02 billion.

Post Holdings, Inc. also announced it intends to commence a private offering to eligible purchasers, subject to market and other conditions, of $450 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2021. The Notes will be unsecured unsubordinated obligations of the company.

The company intends to use the net proceeds to fund the previously announced acquisition of Dakota Growers Pasta Company and for general corporate purposes.
