Pool Corp. Reports 13% Advance In Q3 Bottom Line

(RTTNews) - Pool Corp. (POOL) revealed earnings for its third quarter that advanced compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $44.53 million, or $1.03 per share. This was up from $39.45 million, or $0.90 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.01 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 7.1% to $691.43 million. This was up from $645.78 million last year.
