Winners are selected fromtitles submitted by software publishers around the world.

PLATO Foundational Mathematics received a BESSIE in the UpperElementary Math category. WorldView Economics, distributed by PLATO Learning, received aBESSIE in the High School Economics category. Economics: AnInteractive Approach is part of the critically acclaimed WorldView onthe Web series, which was co-developed with PLATO Learning.
